A Method: A weekly online Buddhist Meditation offering of Reflection and Personal Development. This branch of knowledge works with you to produce wisdom and empowering personal strength.
Your daily Meditation is about transforming your highest character into wisdom. Beginning with a few minutes of deep breathing and body stretching. [ The Secret Meditative Breath ] allows the body to understand, this is time for me. Daily practice brings calmness and reward. [ See Posture & Vital Life Force ]
A Place: Habits are important. Select a place, a spiritual [holy] space that brings comfort, a relaxed reality of mind and spirit. Find a little corner or a whole room, make it your spiritual space. A favorite walk in a park or nature estuary, same place, same time at least three days out of seven. Wear loose fitting clothing for meditation, freeing the body to breath.
Always have a notepad, exercise book or spiritual diary and pen nearby. When you get the feeling or inspiration walk in the meditation of Ink, so you can revisit and expand your In-Sight again later. Put down your thoughts just as they come to you, never mind about grammar, spelling or style, simply be in the moment taking down the message. You are in communication with the universal, eternal Law of Light and Energy. Pay attention, do not push for more, just relax. Later you can reflect, adjust and expand this message of challenge or happiness.
