I can’t speak highly enough of Liz’s meditation and yoga classes which I used to attend on Thursdays at Emu Park. I have been absent for 6 mths having to relocate to Brisbane due to my husband’s illness but I call on many of the practices I learnt from Liz in my times of sorrow and despair. I continue to do simple yoga techniques and practice mindfulness every day and often think of Liz and miss her friendship, knowledge and ability to make me feel good about myself and cope with “rough roads” on life’s pathway.

Hi Liz,Just a quick email to let you know how much I enjoyed your Meditation Workshop over the weekend. The topics of the workshop that you covered i.e. history, reasons for meditation, and the who, why, when, where and how answers that everyone new to meditation ask and experiencing the different types of meditation during the workshop was both educational and enjoyable.
