Can meditation help make you feel happy?
Meditation has a . In previous experiments, energy levels have been a huge factor in my overall happiness, so I will be doing my meditation before bed.
There are many different ways to meditate. For the sake of convenience, I will be using guided meditation videos found on YouTube. In my updates, I will be posting a list of links to the videos I’ve used so that anyone else can use the links directly without having to search for them.
I think that reducing my stress and anxiety levels will have the greatest impact on my quality of sleep and energy levels. After last week, my quality of sleep was very poor. I’d rate it as a 5 out of 10. My overall energy levels were a bit better at about 6.5 out of 10. My stress level has been fairly high as well for a variety of reasons. I can’t put a number on my stress level as easily as I can to the other factors, so let’s simply rate it as “medium-high”.
So, with one week of mediation before me, I shall see if this is something I need to be adding to my daily routine in my search for happiness.
