scroll down for writing and/or try these videos first i have practiced for over 20 years and trained, specifically in the science of yoga chakra system 13 years ago. i have maintained a personal practice and developed my skills and expertise through many hours on the mat. yoga has helped to motivate and inspire me, adhering to it safely and therefore effectively. working diligently with a day to day meditation practise has also helped to develop my senses and channel the creative fire. anyone, anywhere can meditate – and the stillness is necessary to get to a certain place…otherwise there are many ways to maintain a meditative mind…but the stillness—preferably for a minimum of 20 minutes a day is the best as between 15-20 minutes is when the brain wave chemistry, thru the consistent stillness of the body for that length of time reaches a new qualitatively different state. it is always better to do 5 minutes of yoga everyday, that 70 minutes once a week if you catch my play. dailypractise is the key…your body and mind love that.
