The Sensory Sessions with Sheila Ferguson and Lloyd Browne 19 February – 27 May Focus on finding your unique movement patterns using a variety of approaches including yoga, floor locomotion and dance. Once the dynamic work is done we will slow down and tap into the more subtle energies using pranayama and yin postures.
