Yoga is the Union of body, mind and spirit. Meditation is the art of Being in that unity.
Integral Yoga and meditation with Jonathan offers the following benefits:
Meditation and numerous forms of Yoga have collectively played a key role in my life. I first started exploring these forms of practices and disciplines in my mid-teens. In one form or another these practices have been with me ever since.
Since my mid-teens I have explored many forms of meditation. I’ve also practiced and experienced numerous types of yoga: Taoist yoga, Tantric Yoga, Tibetan Buddhist tantric yoga, Kriya Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Dream Yoga. I don’t consider myself to have mastered any of these yoga systems and I consider my actual technical knowledge of them to be relatively little. I have, however, discovered a number of key principles, techniques, and practices that have greatly benefited me in my spiritual path.
The gems I have learnt through meditation and the practice of these various forms of yoga are something I can share with you in a concise and helpful way. My method of teaching is responsive, concise, and to the point. If you are seeking clarity and deep understanding of how to use these tools to aid you on your path through life invite you to make an enquiry-it will be a real pleasure assisting you.
From my 18+ years of experience in this field I have created an integral approach to Yoga which brings deep and lasting results. Combined with the other services I offer many of my clients experience deep and rewarding transformation.
