In T’ai Chi Chih, a form of moving meditation, each of the 19 movements comes to a “graceful conclusion” before continuing on to the next. Energy is circulated and balanced within the body resulting in physical, emotional and mental health benefits.
In life, we experience movement, or change, almost on a daily basis, but we don’t always approach it from a place of grace and peace. Some changes are minor adjustments, easy to deal with, while others rock our world. We get stuck, unable to see the path forward.
