This is an extremely powerful method to gain strength, power, wisdom, and control over your life.

• During this technique you are surrounding yourself with protection from the Omnipotent Creator, and the Universe.

This Metatron meditation is a very rare find, and as usual, there are no coincidences.  You have found this page because the forces of the Universe are working to protect you.

• You are a creator of matter.
• You have the power to bring something into existence from nothingness.
• Your words are powerful.

We will use the power of the spoken word, and visualization during this exercise. With this mediation you WILL Succeed.

#1 – First Step

Place Silver (metallic) Shield around yourself This first shield is silver light, and it is God Consciousness Visualize, and know that God is protecting you See yourself inside a silver bubble which is 3-Dimensional You are surrounded on every side by this silver bubble from all sides As you see yourself, and feel the energy of the silver light pulsating around you, say a personal prayer of thanks (ex. Thank you for your protection.  Every day I will set aside some time to give thanks, for I am grateful for today, and all its possibilities)

#2 – Second Step

Place Mirror Shield around yourself This second shield is a mirrored sphere, and the mirror faces outward.  The mirror will reflect back to its source, any darkness, or negativity aimed at you.  Like a boomerang it will bounce back to its sender. Only love and light can enter the shield. As you see yourself, with the silver light lining you, and the outward facing mirror wrapped around you, say a personal prayer of thanks (ex. Thank you Archangel Metatron for your protection.  I am surrounded by a mirrored sphere facing outward which repels all negativity.  Only love and light are allowed to enter my force field.)

#3 – Third Step

Place the Shield of Angels around yourself This third shield are angels surrounding you.  Bright, shining gold dust is falling all around you. As you see yourself, with the silver light lining you, the outward facing mirror wrapped around you, and the shining gold dust falling all about you, say a personal prayer of thanks (ex. I give thanks to my guardian angels, who forever watch over me with love, protection, and support.  I ask that thou will go with me, I am listening. All that I touched yesterday, will touch tomorrow, and do touch today, brings abundance and turns to gold.)

#4 – Fourth Step

Place the Merkaba around yourself Visualize that you are standing or sitting inside of a 3 D pyramid. This pyramid looks like a 3D Star of David, and you are inside of it. This 3D Star is a Merkaba.  (18th Dynasty Egyptian definition.  MER: rotating fields of light, KA: spirit, and BA: soul [Hebrew definition.  Chariot]) The Merkaba is your own personal light ship, and can take you wherever you want to go. You are now in complete harmony, protection, and Universal balance.

The twirling purple star (top of page) is an Archangel Metatron Ascension Cube Merkaba of Protection.  Use it as a point of concentration.  Visualize yourself sitting inside it.  It is your own personal light ship.

#5 – Final Step

Seal yourself inside of your time capsule Visualize yourself in one giant sphere of bright luminescent light surrounding you. After 14 days you will experience positive changes within, and around you.

About Ascension

Any one who puts forth the effort can reach their highest ascension.  It was once believed that ascension may only be reached after death, and when a person goes to heaven.

However, now we know that ascension is reached by the living while on earth.

To be ascended means that a person transforms from glamor and falsehood into that which is real.  The mind must and will transform before the body/vessel.
