Guided Meditations (under 10 min)

US Yoga Academy is part of Atman Yoga Federation, which brings together yoga schools from over 30 countries.  Most of these schools come together a few times a year in Romania to participate in some of the largest spiritual retreats on the planet nowadays. These retreats welcome everybody, yoga student or not.

Yoga Camps in Romania
