Shree Mataji has always insisted more on ‘Meditation’, in almost every lecture. It’s only through meditation that every cell of our body gets charged or energized. Meditation is a process and the result of this is Transformation for a better living.
Video : Types of Meditation – lecture by Shree Mataji
In the above video, mother talks about two types of dhyaans, the inner dhyaan and the outer dhyaan. The inner dhyaan is what most of us do but to maintain and grow in the inner dhyaan, the outer dhyaan plays a vital role, and the ’21 sessions’ helps you to establish in both these types of dhyaan and transforms you into a strong and pure Sahaja Yogi. Mother has always said that She is with us whenever we need her help anytime anywhere, but are we elligible as good instruments whenever she needs us anytime anywhere? The 21 sessions part-1 will help us to become a good instrument… If we are really thankful to Shree Mataji from our heart we will sincerely go through this 21 sessions course to become a good instrument. We always have faith in God but are we worthy enough for God to have faith in us ?
For those who are unaware Sahajayogis.
Importance of being in Balance ……..
Let’s understand what we mean by ‘balance’. We all have two energy levels in our body which indicates our current status. One is positive and the other is negative. Just like the two wires of electricity, phase and neutral. No electrical appliance will work if any one of them is disconnected from the Mains. Likewise, every human being is working with the same principle. Through Sahaja Yoga meditation, we balance our energy levels. It is important to be in balance to be connected. For example, a person whose negative energy is higher, will have negative thoughts going on in his mind most of the time, and will end up with negative behavior and actions. While a person whose positive energy is higher, will have positive thoughts more because of which he may not be able to identify negativity and end up getting cheated. And, a person who is in balance, can see both sides of the coin. He may be able to see through negativity easily and take appropriate action in the right time. His power ofdiscretion will be strong to take the right decision at the right time.
