Relaxed body. Calm mind. Stress swept away. Some mystical warm feeling inside and a feeling that this night I’ll fall asleep in a second after going to bed. Although I feel more focused and observant, I’m also completely relaxed and tranquil.
After 20 minutes Yoga Express this evening I felt too excited so I thought I should try to calm myself. 15 minutes guided meditation was just what I needed, apparently. As described I feel absolutely perfect. This moment and this feeling are both perfect. Just what I needed after upbeat day with my boys. I’ve recently let myself to remember to give more attention to my inner feelings also. Not just exercise and get fit but also constantly observe what goes around in my head and body.
I like religions that focus on health and balance. And I admire people who has found the balance between family and work as much as between stressful things and peace. My dream would be able to feel this serenity every single day. In my ideal world I could every evening swept away all hastiness and stress a day have brought.
Must say, there was a whole lot of more laid-back person looking me back from mirror after my meditation lesson.
