We do not mind what you do outside though 

WHO ARE WE?

We are a Fun, Mixed couple residing in Vancouver, Canada. We have a 23 year old son who now lives on his own and our 25 year old daughter who lives in Bali.

We speak only English but understand a little bit of Korean, Japanese and Thai. We are Canadian with Korean & Japanese  mixed in

It’s our pleasure to be your caring hosts in Vancouver while you enjoy your stay in our beautiful city. We welcome you as a member of our family and enjoy providing a warm, safe, unique and memorable experience for both working professionals and international students who wish to have a genuine Canadian Cultural Experience during their time in Vancouver.

We have over 21 years of hosting experience and have accommodated over 60 International students and professionals, including Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Singaporean, Indian, German, French, Italian, Kazakhstan, Polish, Lithuanian, Israeli, Australian, Mexican, American and Canadian.

He has also helped with the production of several International Climate Change Conferences contributing towards eco-awareness and environmentalism.

Lisa:  I’m a mother, wife, sister, wedding officiant, an adventurer, a dancer, an entrepreneur, a dreamer, an artist, nature girl, a Pachamama lover! My background is varied:  Entertainment, Public Relations, Property Management, Marketing & Sales. Love meditation and am taking Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training along with learning Shamanic practices. I’ve lived in Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Germany, Finland & California. Have traveled extensively through Korea, Singapore, Bali, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Philippines, France, Italy, Netherlands, Denmark, UK, and more.

Been in 39 homes with over 100 people through the years across 3 different continents. I consider myself an evolutionary activist, always looking to the future and exploring new concepts and lifestyles that can benefit those around me.  Currently I’m enamoured with the Transformational Festival Scene and it’s impact on societies around the world.

Ted is 23 years old and is a certified carpenter. He is a very refined, easy going, caring & compassionate guy who is happy to lend a helping hand when you need it. Ted’s been a vegetarian/vegan for 16 years and now happily lives on his own nearby.
