Oh boy, i’ve felt a cold looming the past couple of days. My throat is tender to the touch. My ears have a slight ache. My eyes are sore. My energy is way down and come 6pm all I can think about is me in a blanket with a mug of warm tea in my hand. I can’t be getting a cold. I’m too busy!
OK, I hear you, body. It’s time to swing into action and re-charge the immune system, and go buy some parsley!
So here’s my plan of action.
1. Start today’s meditation with thoughts of feeling healthy.
2. Drink plenty of lemon water & honey for my sore throat.
3. Do 2 shots of extra-virgin olive oil, crushed garlic & lemon to kill the bad bacteria in my body.
4. Take 3 pellets of the homeopathic remedy called to prevent my cold from getting worse.
5. Put ear drops in both ears to ease the pressure.
6. Drink a green Juice with extra parsley to boost my immune system.
7. Make a homemade soup from the chicken & mushroom stock in my freezer.
8. Take a long warm bath in to ease the stress on my body.
9. Double-up on to speed up my recovery time.
10. Drink a tall glass of fresh pressed OJ to get more Vitamin C.
11. Make a 30 minute appointment with my Chinese medicine doctor for acupuncture.
