Saturday 25th April 2015 – A Day of Inspiration and Meditation with Julie Darling, Deborah Thorne and Denise Treissman playing harp, cello and flute, and bringing the wisdom of the mystics Brigit, Hildegard of Bingen and Lady Julian of Norwich to those attending the day at the Meditation Centre Dent. 

The day wove together music for meditation and words of inspiration from three mystics – Hildegard of Bingen, Lady Julian of Norwich and Brigit, Christian saint and goddess of Celtic legend.

Julie, Denise and Deborah offered their unique blend of contemplative music and words that have inspired them and their music.  This was a day to refresh and inspire, and brought nourishment for body and soul through deep rest and meditation.  Some comments from the day are: ”Brilliant” and “Such a beautiful day”.
