I’m finding as I get older, and discovering some long hidden chronic health issues, that meditation is becoming a very important part of my self care.
I find guided meditation to be a really accessible way to relax and focus on my healing and I’m enjoying sharing my free YouTube discoveries with you.
The one I’m sharing today is in a really interesting format. It’s actually a 50 minute guided meditation, but the video is an hour and a half long so that you can extend the meditation on your own. Brilliant!
