If you are having trouble sleeping and are already practicing good sleep hygiene (links below), one of the best sleep meditations I have found is called Deep Sleep by Andrew Johnson. It can accessed if you have the Spotify App here: Andrew’s voice is so relaxing that I often find myself drifting off ten minutes into the thirty minute meditation. In fact, I can’t remember ever making it to the end of the meditation. Give it a try and let me know your thoughts.
