I’m in the middle of giving a new relaxation tool a try: coloring books. Odd, I know, but there’s something about making time to do something both simple and different from the daily business school grind. I was planning on trying this for awhile, but kept putting it off. For some people, this week was particularly stressful with midterms and finals, and it was a reminder that we really need to take care of ourselves. So right after class, I bought this “meditation coloring book” from Barnes & Noble today plus a pack of markers. It’s taking me right brack to second grade. Add in some spotify music and we’re in business.
