Chakra are the seven main energies that travel throughout the body, starting at the base of the spine, then connecting the stomach, navel, the hart, throat, forehead, and finally the base of your head.
First we start at the base of the Spine otherwise known as the Root or Base Chakra (Muladhara). This Chakra is expressed by the color Red,
Its base, Earth. This particular Chakra Muladhara releases survival. Achieving your survival first must be introduced to all negative fear we carry, to redefine feelings of past regrets, lingering negativity, and dought. Many practices slightly differ from journey to journey however all having the same goals in mind. Others say only picture these negativity leaving the body, meditation is about balance it’s ultimately your choices. For me I like to let it all in. But only for a second, thinking of all that has not goin my way every negative issue that plagues me. Once that second is over, release it all and let it all go. With focus on very breath feeling the cool air filling my lungs, through this reprocess the color Red starts to be more prominent in vision and thoughts, please don’t be alarmed this is a very good sigh we are getting closser to our survival. The root to Chakra is now open. With every deep breath We are closer to awareness, understand Muladhara. Your root chakra
