The Heart Mantra and all of Mantras are the most powerful Mantras found in the Vedic and Yogic Tradition. They are called Pranava or nuclear vibrations of Pure Life Force. Once initiated into Fulfillment Meditation all we have to do is relax into the vibration of the Mantra and all the results become automatic.
The Mantra vibrates with the Blueprint of Creation. This vibration of the Mantra is deep inside the silence (Vacuum State) of Quantum Field. In this state, all friction and resistance melt into super coherence, super conductivity, and quantum mechanics. What ever is misaligned in the mind/body begins a phase shift to release the friction and return to homeostasis.
Using the Mantra in meditation is a delicate but very automatic process. Most people think of the Mantra as a pronounceable sound that we repeat in our head. The actual level of Mantra is pure vibrational energy. This gives us a clue as to how we should experience the Mantra.
The Mantra is not a sound. It is a wave. The best attitude for meditation is: don’t try to meditate, relax and let the Mantra do the meditation for you. We close our eyes and just sit quietly. Let our attention release the immediate thoughts and wait for the wave. The wave is deep inside of us waiting for us to relax enough to experience it. The Mantra is just a pulse or wave of bliss. Ride the wave and relax.
Thoughts and restlessness are like the surface waves of the ocean. If we were sitting in a boat on the surface of the ocean, every wave would rock the boat. But if we dove deep inside the ocean, the deeper we go, the more silence we encounter. When we have too many thoughts in meditation, allow your attention to drop down inside and let go of the meaning of the thoughts. Rest in the silence and let go enough to dive deeper. Even if the thoughts continue, allow them to remain on the surface and put your attention towards the inner silence. Then just let go and relax into that silence.
The only thing we can do wrong in meditation is trying to meditate and trying to stop our thoughts. As we relax into the wave of bliss and the deeper inner silence, the thoughts will slowly disappear by themselves.
Most of us simply act out of habit. We are not mindful of our behavior. Noticing the silent heart is the first step to changing the way we do things. The key in both meditation and outside of meditation is dropping down out of our head and feeling the silence in our heart. This is a very simple instruction for a very powerful shift in our life.
