Classes offered by Shekhinah Yoga, Westford As part of the Kripalu tradition, Shekhinah Yoga offers a unique way to integrate body, mind, and spirit by coordinating breath and movement. Students become more flexible and strong while developing a sense of compassionate self-awareness. Classes include meditation, breath work, warm-ups, yoga postures, and relaxation techniques. Suitable for adults and teens. Please bring a yoga mat. Gentle Yoga A calming and flowing class, lots of breath. For those new to yoga, or current practitioners who would like a more directed practice. Emphasis on breathing, stretching, strengthening, and basic alignment. Wednesdays, Beginning Sept 9, 4:00 – 5:15 pm; 7 weeks, $112 Intermediate Yoga A peaceful, uplifting class that includes stretching and toning, flowing on the breath, holding poses, finding meditation-in-motion and relaxation. (Some yoga experience recommended) Wednesdays, Beginning Sept 9, 9:30 – 10:45 am; 7 weeks, $112 Payment is due atbeginning of session.
