Fitness For You! was formed in 1989 by Paul and Louise Smith, two dedicated fitness professionals who are totally passionate about fitness. Paul and Louise believe that a healthy mind and body is the key to a great life and they want to share that passion and belief with you.

Our light and airy modern studios make the perfect backdrop to our classes, we know you love them because you keep telling us how great they are! Paul Smith – teaches our Pilates classes from beginners to advanced level. He’s been teaching Pilates for over 20 years so you know you’re in safe hands! Paul is also available for one-to-one sessions. You can , or call us at the number above.
Louise Smith – is our resident Yoga instructor specialising in Ashtanga Yoga. Louise also teaches individual classes for expectant mothers, and for mothers & babies. For further information please , or call us at the number above.
Ann Jones – is our aerobics specialist and her classes range from low impact to high intensity aerobic classes. Ann’s specialist Body Balance class is one of our most popular classes, so hurry and get your name down if this is the class for you!
