Beginners Yoga Workshop

Going to a yoga class can be a daunting experience, especially if you have never tried yoga before. This workshop is an opportunity to explore some of the basic principles of yoga – dipping your toe in, even if you can’t touch them!! We will cover some of the the foundations of yoga practice, breathing, asanas (postures) and philosophy in a fun and relaxed workshop.
