The benefits of yoga

Are you following the path of the Buddha? Do you realize that when Siddhartha Gautama was on his quest for enlightenment, in simplest terms he was Learning? Do you realize that Learning the Dharma and the world around you is a fundamental part of your path?

Also, what did the Buddha do after achieving enlightenment? He Taught! He spent the rest of his life sharing his great gift with others. Teaching is another key to your enlightenment.

Finally, all forms of are ways to Serve others. And ideally, your forms of Serving will rise to the level of – unconditional generosity.
