Love is THE highest frequency there is, it is not something we just do, it is a beingness, it is a knowing. When we can look in the mirror and say; I love you, to the being in the human suit, we are raising our vibration. When our frequency is in alignment with love, we can then feel, hear, see, beyond the illusion of the human world and then there is an opening or connection to the inner wisdom that is always there. This is also called; intuition. This is a 2 hour workshop for the purpose of raising the LOVE vibration, not only within ourselves, but through out the universe. We will meditate together and love our own hearts, so we may BE thelove we want to see in our world. Can we make a difference in this world by loving ourselves? Is love why we are here? We will explore these concepts through partner exercises and meditation.
