Today I just want to share with you the 3 videos I listen to in the morning as part of my meditation routine. I don’t watch them. I just listen to them. My 3 steps are Relaxation, Meditation and JOY!
The first video is a guided relaxation. It works extremely well, it helps preparing the body and mind to enter a meditative state. When listening to it I lay down on my bed. This relaxation video is a necessary step for me.
The second video is a guided healing meditation. I don’t always listen to the same one but I like this one a lot because the guide stops talking for several minutes in the second half of the video to let you go deeper into your meditation. It’s a peaceful, loving, energizing meditation. I love it. During this meditation I sit on my bed with my back straight and my legs folded. My bed is a futon so it’s hard enough. Thanks to the relaxation, my back never hurts. I usually light a candle next to my bed. After the meditation, when I open my eyes and still am in a meditative state, the flame is shaking and is pretty high! It’s beautiful!
The third is an alternative to the one above. It’s an absolutely beautiful angel meditation that connects you with angels through colorful energies. I adore it.
And to finish this routine, after opening my eyes and stretching my limbs, I listen to this song by Take 6 called “Something Within Me”. I sing at the same time (I know the lyrics now :)) and I snap my fingers, close my eyes, cry sometimes, and feel that JOY and GRATITUDE! The lyrics refer to Jesus and the Lord and even if I call them by different names this joy is so PURE! It’s a great way to start the day! :)
