Though the method is simple and direct, the teachings are deep and profound. Swami Rama succinctly puts forth the entire process of meditation in simple language, so that the aspirant may tread the path and attain the goal of life. No previous experience is required. The video lecture, “How to Tread the Path of Superconscious Meditation” by Swami Rama, will be covered over the weekend, along with discussions on the main points and practicums on therelated techniques. Swami Rama’s book, Meditation and Its Practice, forms the basis for this weekend program. Please wear loose clothing and bring a blank book for personal journalling entries. In this program you will learn how to relax the body sit in a comfortable, steady position for meditation make your breath serene calmly witness the thoughts travelling in the train of your mind inspect the quality of your thoughts and learn to promote those which are positive and helpful for your growth remain centered and undisturbed in any situation, whether you judge it to be bad or good.
