Yesterday I went with a friend to a guided meditation session and it was fabulous! She started by talking about issues we all deal with…specifically about catastrophic thinking and how we need to stay more grounded.
She then brought us through a relaxation meditation. It was terrific! Her voice was perfect. I was almost lulled into sleep sitting up – that is how relaxed I was!
Then she did a metta compassion mediation that was also enjoyable!
At $30 / session it is a little expensive to do too often, but I did find it much more effective than the apps I am currently using.
