My journey with the Chopra Center started in 2008.  My husband and I were planning our first winter in Huatulco, Mexico and we wanted to start our journey with a unique learning experience.  Attending Journey Into Healing in Denver, Colorado lead by Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon; co-founders of the Chopra Center. Journey into Healing is Chopra Center’s most profound mind-body healing workshop and is an accredited course for integrative medicine providing instruction in both the theory of mind-body medicine. Providing practical tools and techniques to create greater health, balance, and fulfillment in our daily lives.  This program was life changing for both of us and we decided to continue our journey with the Chopra Center.

Attending Seduction of Spirit in Whistler, British Columbia in August 2009, what a  spectacular location. I believe there are many time in life when we go through SHIFT and allowing yourself time to slow down and listen is a true gift. Spending many years working in a fast paced environment I found meditation allowed me to look at things in my life in a completely different way. On the completion of this course; I realized I had the to pre-requisite courses for the Primordial Sound Meditation certification. I started my home study course after attending Seduction of Spirit and finalized my certification in November 2010 at the Chopra Center University in Carlsbad, CA.

Drs. Deepak Chopra and David Simon founded the Chopra Center for Wellbeing in Carlsbad, CA.  The teachings from two of the greatest leaders in Mind-Body-Spirit medicine, along with the Chopra Center University provided an excellent certification programs.
