Join us for a guided group meditation to focus on External Peace and Internal Calm each Thursday night at 7pm. Doors will be closed by 7:15 to reduce distractions and interruptions to the meditative experience. The meditation will be finished by 8 pm but you’re welcome to stick around to discuss your experiences after. This is a wonderful way to get more practice and experience to deepen your meditation practice or to join together with fellow meditators to have a more powerful experience!
