Introduction to Meditation Session
We will be running a session in early November to introduce the benefits of meditation and see if there is enough interest in forming a regular meditation group with a trained facilitator.
Meditation done correctly has lots of health benefits including reduction of stress and anxiety.It can also lead to more positive and creative thinking.
This will be a dvd guided session. Bring your cushions or yoga style mat , or we can just sit.
This is a free event and you can bring a friend if you wish, but so we know how many are coming.
