I have some inspirational music that is supposed to stimulate the Theta Waves in the brain. While this is cool, I have too much of a tendency to fall asleep when attempting to meditate. Normally I would welcome the sleep, as I usually only get 4-6 hours a night, but not now!
I have looked up meditation and falling asleep online and found a site that states that the beginner should start with only 5-10 minutes of meditation. Also, it is best to do it in the morning (when you are rested) and then again at a later time. I will start doing so tomorrow morning.

There do appear to be a few things, such as eliminating distractions, such as a phone, kids, animal, etc., one can do to help the meditation process.
So, on to learning how to meditate, so I can get on with this process and really reach my goal.
