Kirtan is the practice of call and response chanting in the tradition of Bhakti Yoga, the Yoga of Love. Chanting ancient sacred Yogic Sanskrit mantras is an incredible stress- reducing experience that allows us to quiet the mind and open the heart. Chanting as a group elevates the experience.
