Click on the link below to sample a 90 second meditation If you enjoyed that short example, then at the bottom of this page you will find a number of FREE guided meditations for you to practice and enjoy. I often hear people say that they are unable to meditate – and if you look into the subject closely it can appear very confusing! Do you sit, do you lie down, do you have to sit in the lotus position – what is the lotus position ?! Do you meditate with music, or in silence. Chant a Mantra, or focus on a symbol. People talk of stilling the mind, of visualisations, of spiritual awareness, of Koans, Chakra’s and Mandala’s – all of which can be very confusing to someone who is new to meditation ! Whilst I have covered some of these subjects briefly, my aim for this website was to make it as esay and as simple as possible for some-one who is beginning on their meditation journey to get a brief introduction into meditation. However, by attending the group sessions you can develop agreater understanding as I guide you through different relaxation and meditation exercises – more information, dates and times of these sessions can be found on and pages. I have also included a page to help you in your private practice at home. I hope that you enjoyed the 90 second introductory meditation at the top of the page and that it encourages you to start on your meditation journey, please see below for a few more short meditations for you to practice. Thank you for visiting the website and I look forward to meeting you soon. Sue
