Sometime because of trauma, fear and abuse we learn to shut down our internal fire. We settle for living with depression and sadness. Mosoc-Nina in Quechua, the Inca language, is the Sacred Fire that resides in the lower part of our body. It is the furnace that burns inside ourselves, and is associated with creativity, vitality, life giving energy, internal power, passion, and sexual energy.

Using indigenous shamanic teachings from the traditions of the Inca and Brazilian Amazon we will celebrate and get to meet the power of the Sacred Fire within us.
