Saturday, November 21st from 2-4pm the Center will hold a fundraiser workshop for Valley Fires with Kim Mackesy.
On September 12, 2015 a fire started in Lake County, CA that eventually consumed 76,000 acres and 2,000 structures across three counties. Kim Mackesy, one of the Center’s teachers, was born and raised in the areas that were hit the hardest. The neighborhoods of Anderson Springs (where Kim was born), Cobb, Hidden Valley Lake, and Middletown were devastated by the inferno. Many residents lost their homes.
Please join Kim for this special workshop to benefit the fire survivors in her hometown. You will learn yogic practices that stoke your gastric fire, soothe your digestive system, and obtain relief from common digestive troubles. All proceeds will be donated to the Valley Fire Local Relief Alliance.
Join Suneel from 5:30pm to 7:00pm on Wednesday, Thanksgiving eve, for a donation class to benefit the San Diego Food Bank. Donate as much as you wish to help families across San Diego County this holiday season. All proceeds to benefit the Food Bank.
