Practical Mediation is the medium in which you commune with Infinite Intelligence, Universal or Source Energy. I interchange these terms. Through this communion, you control your mind, listen to your intuition, and receive divine guidance. Meditation provides the “release” or “letting go” of yourself so you can “hear”. It is in the early levels of meditation that we experience relaxation which is beneficial to the physical body.
Meditation is not mind control. You are always in control of you and your body.
Breathing is an important element in meditation. Your breath is pivotal in all major religions. It goes by many different names. In Chinese it is known as Chi and translates roughly to “vital energy”. In Hebrew it is Rauh, its literal translation is “Spirit of GOD that infuses creation”. That is not unlike the Christian view of the Holy Spirit “breathing” life into man. In Sanskrit it is called Prana, which means “the vehicle of the mind”. Our breath is a Life Force.
Through breathing, we raise our vibrations and energy levels, release negative energy, relax and receive messages .
