Warrior Bridge is a school and community center that trains mind, body and spirit through martial arts, yoga and meditation. Warrior Bridge lies in the shadow of the Brooklyn Bridge, in an intimate “Zen-styled” ground floor space at 275 Water Street in the South Street Seaport.
Kids Classes Start March 2nd!
Beginning March 2nd. Warrior Bridge is excited to launch our Young Warriors program. Our 10 week program will focus on teaching our young warriors the principles of respect, discipline and confidence through self defense and the martial artist mentality. Our young warriors will enjoy walking out of our program having learned fundamental elements of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Karate, Aikido, and Meditation with a focus on self defense and conflict prevention in an engaging, fun, safe and professional environment. Warrior Bridge was created by Gary Snyder, a Seventh Degree Black Belt in Aikido with over thirty-five years of martial arts training. His vision for Warrior Bridge is to combine Aikido practice with Tai Chi, Jiu Jitsu, Yoga and Meditation, bridging disciplines to allow men and women to be compassionate, strong, and wise “modern warriors”.
