Janya has been practicing yoga since 1995. Yoga has helped Janya relieve stress, increase stamina and improve concentration. In that time she has studied different styles of yoga in different countries including Hatha, Iyenga, Vinyasa, Flow, Ashtanga, Hot Yoga and Anti Gravity Yoga. Janya is a fully qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher (registered Yoga School RYS Yoga Alliance).
Janya has also been teaching Mindfulness for many years. In addition to her regular classes she has been invited to teach in secondary schools, with the HSE, The International College for Professional and Personal Development (ICPPD) and with several corporate clients. She learned Vipassana or Mindfulness from Pha Ajaa Thammatipo a highly regarded Thai Buddhist monk
Every year Janya returns home to Thailand to continue her studies and practice with her great master Pha Ajaa. Anyone can learn how to live life be happy and to cope with stress, distress or pain. This is the physical, mental and emotional benefit of mindfulness and meditation.

The class is between 45-60 minutes in length and is done sitting on a chair.
The class costs €5 per person with ALL MONIES going to local charities.
No there is no need for you to have any experience of this practice before, just turn up and learn how it can benefit you.
You can just turn up on the night to attend, please try and be on time.
