How to Relax Using Deep Breathing
Deep breathing helps you to relax during the night or day and you can do this any time that is best for you. This might be at set times to coincide with your daily routine or at times when you feel you need to take a break.
Doing this every day will have a real impact and over time you will start to feel a sense of overall well-being.

If you live near Worcester, England you could join one of my very popular weekly groups:
Monday evening Meditation, Reiki and Chakra Group. This is a one hour session from 7pm to 8pm where group members find it very beneficial in helping them balance their chakras, do some meditation and now also have individual Reiki Healing each week for ONLY £20 a session.
Thursday Meditation, Reiki and Chakra Group for mums – This is a one hour session from 10.30am to 11.30 am where busy mums may find it very beneficial in helping them balance their chakras and do some meditation each week for ONLY £20 a session.
As numbers are limited it is advisable to book by paying via Paypal on my website.
