My previous post was about the importance of . In this post I would like to share some natural chakra clearing techniques that I have used and still do to balance my chakra system in order to keep my energy level working at it’s best at all times.
You can clear your chakras yourself by doing these techniques on a consistent and regular basis especially if you’re just starting out. Then once you notice and feel that your physical body becomes stronger and you’re energy level is consistently higher then you can continue to do the techniques only when needed. For example, when you’re feeling overly stressed.
Chakra Clearing Techniques
The following are techniques which I have personally used and which have proven effective for me. I hope that you will find them to be just as beneficial for you as well.
- The best way and most effortless way to cleanse your chakras is by meditation. If you meditate on a consistent basis your chakras will automatically be healed and aligned by the influx of universal divine love light energy.
- You can also use . Each healing crystal corresponds to a different chakra which you may place on top of your body on each of the chakra positions. You may also hold each healing crystal in your hand one at a time, carry them with you or wear chakra healing gemstones as jewelry. All of these crystal/gemstone healing techniques will aid in cleansing your chakras. The intention is to keep the healing crystal/s close to your body for them to work their healing powers on you. Then once you have gone through all of your chakras make sure to cleanse your crystals thoroughly afterwards.
- You can also or incense. My preferred chakra cleansing healing herb is sacred sage. With a sage smudge stick you can easily run the smoke down your body while holding the intention that the from all negative energy and energetic blockages. Start at the top of the head (crown chakra) and then work your way down the front of your body until you reach your foot chakras. Also, try to run the sacred sage smoke along the back of your body if possible.
- Use chakra healing candles. You can use a chakra candle healing kit or you can use colored candles that you have on hand to represent each chakra. Also, there are 7-Day chakra candles available with the included in one candle. Before lighting the candle make your intention of clearing that specific chakra and then while the candle is burning, focus on the chakra being completely healed with it’s corresponding color. You can work on one chakra each day or work on all of them in one sitting, whichever is most comfortable for you.
- If you don’t have chakra candles you can just do a simple and general visualization technique. While sitting or lying down comfortably start at the 1st chakra (root or base chakra) and visualize that chakra as a bright spinning red glowing ball. Then just keep working your way up the chakra system and repeat the process, changing each color to the corresponding chakra color until you reach the top of your head (the crown chakra). You will then already feel much more refreshed.
- Have a . A Reiki healing treatment runs along the entire chakra system, clearing away any negative energy, karma and blockages in your chakras and all the energetic levels of being. Having a Reiki treatment is beneficial if you do not practice meditation often or lack in adequate deep sleep or rest. Also, if you’re in need of a deeper energetic clearing and cleansing, have a disease, for stress and pain management or for disease prevention.
- Use your chakras. Each chakra has a corresponding scent which you can apply on your body for each chakra position. Use a bit of carrier oil to dilute the essential oil if you wish. Then rub the oil in circular motions for a few minutes in each chakra position. You can also burn the essential oil in an oil diffuser with water or just inhale it for a few minutes, breathing in its deep healing aroma.
- Yoga exercise aids in breaking apart energy blockages and so it also helps in healing and realigning your chakras.
- Get adequate deep sleep. Your body heals on all levels of being when it is in it’s most deepest and relaxed state and this includes your chakras.
