Crystal Singing Bowl Concerts and Yoga Classes

Catch one of Bryan’s Spirit Music Concerts as he plays the Singing Crystal Bowls and Didgeridoo. He beautifully weaves together magical, meditative melodies using singing crystal and Tibetan bowls, along with the didgeridoo. Every 2nd and 4th Saturday at 8pm.  

Location: , in Suite 205 at the Aikahi Park Shopping Center. Use the elevators by Navy Federal Credit Union or the stairs at the far left of the center.

This deeply relaxing class is held the 3rd Saturday of each month. Relax and rejuvenate body, mind and soul! Unwind by observing the tension you are holding and releasing it through gentle asana, pranayama, soothing hands-on adjustments and aromatherapy. Let the tranquil sounds and calming vibrations of the crystal bowls still the senses and relieve the mind to discover the clarity and peace that resides beneath the surface!

$15 with pre-registration 3 days in advance, reservations recommended!  Walk-ins welcome, $20. 

Location:  in Kailua, located at 407 Uluniu Street, Suite 412.  All props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
