There is a simple way to achieve peace by going within.
We must first be quiet, to find our center, so that regardless of what is going on around us, we are calm and stable. The way to do this is to grow into & out of mindfulness meditation.

In June 2010 Debra traveled to Sweden and participated in a 7-day professional training program in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, under the direction of Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn and Dr. Saki Santoreli, and has incorporated elements of the program into her teachings. From September 28-October 2, 2011, she attended a Mindfulness Retreat with Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, in order to deepen her practice in the art of mindful living. Mindfulness is a daily practice in learning and discovery .
