It changed mine! I swear by it! – When I don’t have any GGS left inthe freezer or I’m feeling more like a “smoothie” to quench my appetite, I’ll make this drink. You can replace the berries and bananas with any fruit and they don’t have to be frozen. In fact, sometimes I really prefer non-frozen, especially in the winter. However, using a full or half frozen banana or even an avocado is a nice way to make the smoothie thick and creamy. I also will add a vegan protein or other supplements to enhance this smoothie. There are so many variations you can make. Experiment and you’ll find the one that will become your go-to smoothie! – by “Detoxinista” – You will die it is soooo good & easy! It will become your new fav comfort food.. – by “Detoxinista” – This dish is so surprisingly good! Extremely healthy yet, will feel like total comfort food. – by “The Pioneer Woman” – by “Tone It Up” – I love this soup! It’s a soup to add to it what you want, celery, shredded cabbage, endamame beans, etc. I definitely recommend increasing the cannellini beans. Just have on hand extra veggie stock so you are covered if you have a really big batch. Also, I like to layer in the veggies so the cooking time doesn’t turn certain veggies to mush. I make an extra big batch and freeze individual portion sizes. So, all I have to do is take one out of the freezer the day before and I’m all set for a healthy meal to reheat on the stove. “Tone It Up” has a ton of amazing recipes on their website and continue to add new ones all the time. – by Tosca Reno originally – This particular snack, I used when I was first trying to cut back on what I ate and how much I ate. Plus, if I was stranded on a deserted island and could only take three things with me, peanut butter would be one of those things. – by “The Food Babe” – A nice alternative to have during the day is to make a lemon, ginger, cayenne tea (honey is optional.) To make: peel and cut up the ginger into a few small slices, put the ginger into a mug, pour hot water over the ginger and let itsteep, leave the ginger in the tea, squeeze in the juice of a half a lemon, put a shake of cayenne pepper into the tea (optional), and stir. You can add honey or agave if you prefer it a little sweeter. Enjoy! – I like to replace one cup of the Almond Milk with “So Delicious Unsweetened Cultured Coconut Milk” to make it thicker. – by Trisha Yearwood – These are delicious! – by Tara Stiles – So yummy! Eadie – Jan Spiller Products I love – As Kimberly Synder says, “Beauty begins in the belly.” – THE best way to make green drinks. They are expensive but so worth it. I find QVC offers the best deals on Vitamix. If you don’t have a Vitamix or Blendtec Blender or can’t afford one right now, I’ve heard The Bullet works well. If you are using a regular blender you will just have to be careful how much you put in the blender at time, be sure to liquify the ingredients and be careful not to heat them up during the blending process. – Silly name but there is science behind it. – Great for not wasting food, sectioning out portions and freezing for later, vacuum sealing liquids, etc. – I love my Jade yoga mat – Natural Deodorant. It supports uncongested breathing. – I have several tarot and oracle card decks but this one is probably my favorite go-to deck. – Doreen Virtue & Radleigh Valentine. I often use this deck at night. It is a deck that doesn’t focus on the shadow side too much so it is more uplifting. I have given this as gifts to those new to tarot. It can be a nice way to introduce someone to using cards. – I have several of her decks. They are beautiful. – Local RI Flower Essence company – THE flower essence company / / (any flavor but this is one of my favs) – This combo has become my 1-2 punch to knock out a cold or flu-like bug. As soon as I feel something coming on I take these. One could leave out the Emergen-C and just take the Elderberry but I choose to use both and in fact, will triple up on the Emergen-C for a few days. It’s amazing how quickly this has worked to clear up any colds for me. – Because they make me happy. Food Products I love – when eliminating processed foodsand chemicals from your diet, apply that same criteria to everything you digest. – Thanks to I discovered this little gem. – Oh how I love this stuff. I add to my green smoothies, sprinkle on salads, make chia pudding with them, etc. – You can make your own at home. I do not. This is the brand I really enjoy. – This brand I find particularly tasty. – A highly versatile and nutrient-rich food that can be used in a variety of ways. – Use it as a shot, in water with or without lemon or make a tea with it. My personal preference is the Moderate Surf Nature Sound. Also, I find using headphones really helps me tune out other distractions and noises around me. – by William Lee Rand – via Reiki.org (Reikiwebstore.com) – I purchased these cds years ago, when I was new to meditation & Reiki. This kit includes 6 cds covering, “Meet Your Reiki Guides”, “Past Life Regression”, “Spiritual Protection & Healing” – (one of my personal favs), “Chanting Reiki Masters”, “Reiki Meditations 1&2), and “Healing the Shadow Self.” – by Anugama. … If you find the ocean as healing as I do, this will be Heaven to you. Use it when you are winding down for the night and trying to quiet your mind or in the morning when you want to start your day off right. Play it when you find your stress level too high, while in traffic, etc. “Meditation” can come in many forms. Enjoy. – This link provides extensive information on using The Violet Flame. I keep it pretty simple. The Violet Flame decree I use most is: “I AM a being of Violet Fire! I am the purity God desires!”, repeating it several times to myself or out loud. When I was initially taught this by an intuitive, she instructed me to say the phrase first with, “I AM..” and then in future versus replace, “I AM” with whatever situation, emotion, wish, etc. I wanted to raise the vibration of, i.e. “My home is a being of Violet Fire! My home is the purity God Desires!” You can also simply envision the Violet Flame coming down through and over your Crown Chakra, instilling peace and transmuting all to perfect health. – A Hawaiian Mantra Meditation of Prayer and Forgiveness.
