Sarah’s grounded personality really sets the best intention for you to learn our essential meditation and energy tools during this 2.5 hour class. Sarah has an extensive background in teaching Martial Arts, Skiing and Yoga of the Mind practices.
David Stevens the Founder of Yoga of the Mind also teaches this class one time per month. He has studied and practiced meditation for over 40 years. He earned a BA in Literature and an MBA from Maharishi International University. David has been a Teacher of Meditation, Intuitive Development and the use of Energy Tools since 1977 and has taught widely in the US, exploring many methods of meditation, yoga, energy healing and personal development. He has a vision of helping people from all walks of life transform their level of happiness, creativity and fulfillment both through his teaching at Yoga of the Mind and through his private Clairvoyant Readings and Energy Healings.
