THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD IS JESUS

Meditation Scripture John 8:12 & John 9:5

Today a new page in the Book of Life,

I will be seeking specific direction to cut like a knife,

Those things before me that tend to get in the way,

Like separating weeds from the seed & barley from the hay.

No more must my heart be broken,

I have the Lord on my side and He has spoken,

To me and to men of what we need to do,

To place all faith in Him as He will see us through.

The hardest of times the deepest valleys on our way,

He is the Light of the world and He will help us come what may,

No obstacle can block our forward progress,

Seek Him out He is our strength and our fortress.

In battle you must stay true to your task,

When becoming distracted all you need do is to ask,

His mighty strength will be provided for you,

To fulfill the goals you seek and are guided to do.

Ask the Father for enlightenment and discernment,

His answers will come to you with time well spent,

The Lord is here for you – each and every day.
