The East West of Academy of Healing Arts, with the acclaimed Qigong Grandmaster Effie Chow, is enrolling students to train as the next generation of powerful healers. With dedicated training you will learn to: relieve physical, emotional, or spiritual blockage, whereby increasing oxygen and circulation to alleviate chronic fatigue and pain, respiratory distress, complications from cancer, Parkinson’s, chronic inflammation, allergies, depression, trouble sleeping, eye/ear problems, digestive and immune disorders, and much more.
The trainees will be under the direct supervision and learning personally from the Grandmaster the “Secrets of the Tao” to become one of the most effective and successful healers in the world and establishing a rewarding career as a Chow Qigong practitioner.

Program 1 : Chow Qigong Exercises and Meditation

Every Friday 5:30pm to 7pm, starting October 30th until December 23, 2015
FEE: $20 each session. Prepay for eight sessions and get one free session.
Certificate awarded with demonstration of proficiency and you will be able to lead your own classes and generate income. Inquire for more details on certification.
Program 2 : Introductory Chow Qigong Basic Weekend Celebration for Health
* A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of both days *
DATE: Saturday Nov. 7 from 10am to 6pm & Sunday Nov. 8 from 4 to 8pm.
Saturday: Morning CQ exercise and meditation, proper breath and posture; afternoon positive MAA, Chow Qigong scanning, brushing, major Qi-pressure upper and lower torso points and demonstrations.
Sunday: 4 hours of healing sessions in group or/and one-on-one, clients & guests can be invited.
FEES: $198 for both Sat and Sun. Sat only $165. Sun only $60

Program 3 : Level 1 Intensive Chow Qigong Training Series for Certification
The following dates will be Level 1 Intensive Chow Qigong training program, held four weekends once a month toward Certification upon satisfactory completion.
Seeking CEUs for nurses, acupuncturists, dentists, physicians, social workers, physical or occupational therapists. Open to those dedicated in the healing profession to serve others and those who wish to learn for self-improvement of one’s own health or with serious conditions that have found no help nor hope.
DATES 2015-2016: December 12-13; January 16-17; February 13-14; March 19-20.
Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm each day.
FEES: Full payment by early bird deadline November 15 $1990; Regular fee before first day of program December 12 $2250; On or after first day of program December 12 $2500. Individual weekends fee $675.

WORLDWIDE DAILY NOONTIME MEDITATION Join in your energy with the Chow Qigong community and meditate during 12 noon. A midday meditation break has a number of potential benefits. It’s an effective way to de-stress after a long meeting or difficult conversation. It can relax tight muscles caused by sitting slumped over a computer. By breaking your normal cycle of thinking, it can also boost focus, creativity, and productivity. Plus, it can be a great awareness building tool, allowing you to be more open-minded and accepting of others.
