The practices of yoga mindfulness and meditation help to bring us to the present moment. Combining the mindful movement of yoga and the calming practice of meditation allows mind and body to be unified and enables us to re-connect with ourselves, others and the environment in which we exist.
Yoga is said to have many benefits including helping to relieve stress, increase physical and mental strength, improve flexibility and maintain balance. All of these enable us to increase awareness of ourselves and improve our wellbeing. In our classes you’ll find a friendly, supportive group of people all happy to help and support you with humour and kindness.
During mindfulness and meditation sessions you will be guided and supported by an experienced, caring teacher. With 30 years experience and foundations of practice based in western psychology, CBT and traditional eastern philosophy, you will be able to explore your practice in a way that is secular, varied and always supportive.
Choose from a selection of classes, group courses, 1:1 sessions, private coaching or corporate training.
