And, I’ll admit I am not a patient person either. If something isn’t working quick enough, it goes (including husbands hehe). I’ve never been a long haul type of person. Sad, but true. (sigh)
Obviously, this way of being isn’t working for me.
If you read, you will know about Lester’s extraordinary accomplishments. If you haven’t, I urge you to click on the link to read his story.
Since I learned about , I’ve been a huge fan. There was a time when many, many videos of Lester teaching his classes were available on YouTube. I sat for hours, watching, listening and recording. It felt so personal.
Lester is a man of commitment. A man of relentless focus and concentration. Lester achieved something that I want.
I talked to Lester a lot. Don’t worry, I never heard him reply, but I continued talking and hoped he would. Sounds crazy, right? I just didn’t feel confident that I would learn his teachings without access to a mentor who could be a support person to me; someone accessible who had a love for Lester’s teachings.
Stephen authored a book, and teaches Lester’s method in the (“Keep It Simple Sweetheart”(Lester’s favorite saying)).
Lester wanted his method to get out into the world. (yes!) Serendipitously, my longings were fulfilled.
Recently, I began Steve’s . Btw, Steve offers one hour of no cost coaching and email support with the program.
Steve recommends listening to the whole program (all five audios) first. So that’s what I did. It gave me an overview of what to expect and what to look forward to.
What I realized about myself through listening to the five audios is this; I have much resistance in me. This is a huge breakthrough.
I don’t think it really matters where the resistance came from exactly and how I got that way. The most important thing is noticing it and taking steps to do something about it, otherwise I’ll get into analyzing and in my head (analyzing), is not where I want to be.
Steve also recommends setting an intention for the course. What do you want to get out of the course? Where do you want the course to take you?
I want to know . I want to know . I want to know the .
A part of me thinks these are tall orders. But, are they really? There are many who have accomplished this. Lester Levenson was one of them.
If others have done it; anyone can do it. The only question is; how? Lester provides one of the answers or ways.
Thanks for reading and hope you have a wonderful weekend. I’ll be back soon with a story about a meeting with a Siddha master.
