The class consists of guided meditation, light meditation, merkaba meditation, pranayama (yogic breathing) meditation preparation, candle gazing and much more.

It is one of the few meditations that does not require sitting in lotus or sukhasana (easypose). Chakra meditation is a wonderful tool that can be used for preparing to do Empty Mind Meditation (Silent Meditation).
