Our fast paced world is somewhat contradictory to meditation. The lives we lead feel counter intuitive to meditating, so many times, individuals don’t even know where to begin with meditation.
A few quick tips:
- Make sure you are wearing comfortable clothing and in a comfortable position.
- Simply be aware of your breath coming in and out.
- Ensure your head and spine are upright. When your body is balance, your mind will follow suit.
- Try to keep your eyes open, this allows you to stay more in the present.
